REFUND POLICY

At Tilds, we want you to love what you ordered. If your swimwear isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or are missing hygiene stickers.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To lodge a return, email us at tildssearch.management@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for your return

We’ll reply with return instructions. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
