REFUND POLICY
At Tilds, we want you to love what you ordered. If your swimwear isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or are missing hygiene stickers.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return

The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for your return
We’ll reply with return instructions. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
