• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on your location and customs delays)

Please note: shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to postal or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions, keep an eye out 😉

Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Delays & Responsibility

• Tilds is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing an order. We can’t be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
